Sort of like a bagel rooting from the Jewish tradition. This one is a Krakow specialties although you can find similar bread in countries like Turkey, Bulgaria, Greece, and Middle Eastern countries. Stalls like this are plenty around Krakow and people are grabbing this quickly as their breakfast or snack. Home-baked and traditionally seasoned, that is why locals are loving them.
